Features of the APOGEE255PVN Wine Cellar

The APOGEE255PVN wine cellar can store up to 254* 75cl Bordeaux-style bottles. It is equipped with a humidity control system, anti-vibration technology, a Low-E UV-protected glass door, an activated carbon filter, and connectivity with the Vinotag® app.

• Regulated Humidity: Humidity levels are an important factor for wine storage. The cooling cycles, combined with the operation of the evaporator, help maintain a suitable humidity level inside the wine cellar.
• Anti-vibration system: Silent Block technology helps limit the transmission of vibrations to the bottles while ensuring quiet operation.
• Low-E glass door: The door is equipped with UV-treated glass, helping to limit the bottles' exposure to UV rays. Low-E glazing also helps limit heat exchange between the inside of the wine cellar and its surroundings.
• Air Filtration and Renewal: An air inlet equipped with an activated carbon filter allows for air renewal inside the wine cellar and helps to reduce odors.
• Adjustable Temperature: The temperature is adjustable between 5°C and 20°C.

Remote Control with Vinotag®

Compatible with the Vinotag® app, the wine cellar allows you to remotely adjust the temperature and lighting, and view operating alerts, from your smartphone.

Integrated Lighting Under the Shelves

The LED lighting system is integrated under the shelves to illuminate the entire wine cellar. The 6 removable, multi-format wooden shelves can accommodate different types of bottles (Bordeaux, Burgundy, Alsace, or Champagne) depending on their configuration.

Wine Cellar Settings Control

Temperature

The temperature can be adjusted via the digital control panel or remotely using the Vinotag® app.

Lighting

Three lighting modes are available via the control panel or the Vinotag® app.

• Door Mode: The light turns on when the door is opened and turns off when it is closed.
• Automatic Mode: The light turns off automatically after 15 minutes.
• Permanent Mode: The light is controlled manually via the control panel or the app.

Alerts

The Vinotag® app allows you to receive notifications in case of temperature changes or events requiring attention.

Compatible Accessories

The wine cellar comes with 6 shelves. The side supports allow for the installation of up to 11 shelves depending on the desired configuration.

Compatible Shelves:

• CLAPOGEE3: wooden shelf for storing bottles upside down.
• CLAPOGEE4: wooden shelf for displaying bottles with visible labels.
• CLAPREAPO250: display shelf in a semi-inclined position.

*Capacity measured according to European standard EN62552, based on 75 cl Bordeaux Tradition bottles. Using different bottle sizes and adding shelves may reduce storage capacity. The number of shelves used to measure maximum capacity varies by model.
